Private Key

As a recap, a private key is like the password to your account or wallet. What does a private key even look like?

There are 2 ways you might see a private key: one is a long word that looks like someone smashed random letters on a keyboard, something like 3HiijhfHkdU847jhjrfhJhfi87djH3j3bg.

The other way is the more common way called a seed phrase, a list of 12 to 24 random words. A seed phrase is much easier for someone to remember so you are usually going to be dealing with a seed phrase. A seed phrase will look something like this:
